One day when I was sitting in the office, two persons (applicant and her husband) came and entered my room with permission. Entering the room, they told me that I applied for name correction in my wife's national identity card at a friend's computer shop in Nachol Bazar, but he told me and my wife that the application fee will be 500 taka and that we can do it quickly. by doing It looks scary that if you don't pay, the National Identity Card will take a long time to get corrected or it might get cancelled.If the applicant and her husband do not find any way and inform me directly about the matter, I assure the applicant and her husband that no money is required to amend the national identity card except the government fee. If there are necessary documents, please amend them immediately. Then I amend the applicant's application. Get the National Identity Card printed from the office. Call the applicant to the office with the details of the computer shop and warn him ,He said that legal action will be taken if such a complaint is made later. The accused person apologized and gave a verbal statement that he would not do such a thing again. Seeing the self-satisfaction of a service recipient on receiving an instant national identity card and taking action against an innocent person, I was also moved that day and committed to providing the right service. I still remember that incident every day at the beginning of office which inspires me to perform my duties properly.
